Deeply sickened by article on 'crush videos' - Should I seek counselling?
A few days ago, I was talking to my friend on msn about animal cruelty and they sent me a link to this animal cruelty website page which had an article on 'crush videos'
It said some people have a fetish for watching women in stockings and high heels torturing little animals (such as kittens,puppies,guinea pigs,bugs etc.) by stepping on them until they are dead.
In the case of the article I was reading, it was a kitten. It also told how a guinea pig was taped to the ground by it's legs and stepped on.
Ever since I read the article I haven't been able to concentrate, eat properly or sleep. I have a pet cat and everytime I look at her, I see that poor kitten.
I keep having nightmares about it, I wake up and start vomiting.
I realise I can't do anything about it, there's no way to bring the kitten back but the whole experience has really got to me.
Do you think I should see a counsellor or maybe talk to my doctor about it???
